Get to the root of the problem
Coping tricks help for a while, then the same feelings come back. We look at what is driving the anxiety, the arguments or the low mood, so you are not managing symptoms forever.
I see clients at Ennead House on O.R. Tambo Road in Witbank, and online. After 21 years in private practice, I help people get to the root of what keeps them stuck, so the change lasts.
You do not have to keep coping from one week to the next. I help people in Witbank (eMalahleni) find the cause of these struggles and work through it.

Most people repeat the same reactions without seeing why. Once you can name the pattern, you can choose a different response at home, at work and in your relationships.
Therapy is practical. You leave sessions with tools you can use that week, and over time you feel calmer, closer to the people you love and more like yourself.
Find the support you need from a therapist in Witbank, for you, your partner or your family.

A lot of people in Witbank carry anxiety, grief or a strained marriage for years because they are not sure where to start.
I have spent 21 years in private practice helping individuals, couples and families work through exactly that. I am registered with the HPCSA, and I opened the Witbank rooms so people here can get support close to home.
My sessions feel like a working partnership. We talk plainly, we focus on what matters to you, and you leave with something you can use.

Tell me a little about what is going on. You can also call or WhatsApp 064 546 8454.
We find a time at the Witbank rooms or online. In the first session I hear your story and we agree on a plan together.
You work at a pace that suits you, with practical tools to use between sessions, until you feel steady again.
Reviews clients have left on Google about working with Louw. The same approach applies at the Witbank rooms.
We really appreciated our time with Louw as our couples therapist. He created a space where we both felt heard and supported. Even when our sessions had to end unexpectedly, Louw made a real effort to give us a proper wrap-up and leave us with helpful guidance.
Having Louw as my therapist is like having someone shine a light down the path ahead. It's still up to me to walk that path, but Louw's guidance makes every step feel a little easier. I strongly recommend Louw Alberts Psychology Practice.
Louw is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He helped me feel comfortable and understood. I would recommend him to anyone looking for support with relationships or personal growth.
